Bernard J. Fischbach

Mr. Fischbach has been involved in the recording and interactive entertainment industry since 1976. Prior to entering private practice in 1971, Mr. Fischbach spent four years as a Field Attorney with the National Labor Relations Board where he tried cases under the Taft Hartley Act before the National Labor Relations Board and the Federal District courts and United States Courts of Appeal.

Mr. Fischbach received his B.A. from The University of California at Berkeley and his J.D. from Hastings College of the Law.

Mr. Fischbach is a member of the California Bar.
