Mr. Fischbach has been a key player and innovator in the recording and interactive entertainment industry since 1976. He specializes in representing record companies and videogame companies as well as the acquisition and sale of software development companies, publishing and master recording catalogues. He has represented some of the largest and most important companies in those industries, as well as leading music talent for their activities in the entertainment business, and has been responsible for several of the ground-breaking deals in those industries.
Prior to entering private practice in 1971, Mr. Fischbach spent four years as a Field Attorney with the National Labor Relations Board where he tried cases under the Taft Hartley Act before the National Labor Relations Board and the Federal District courts and United States Courts of Appeal.
Mr. Fischbach received his B.A. from The University of California at Berkeley and his J.D. from Hastings College of the Law.
Mr. Fischbach is a member of the California Bar.
