Robert H. Lieberman
A leader in the entertainment industry for over 40 years, Mr. Lieberman has earned a reputation for intelligence, ingenuity and integrity among his clients.
Mr. Lieberman represents major recording artists, composers, recorded music and music publishing companies, international motion picture producers and distributors, and new media companies. His principal areas of practice are the financing, securitization, distribution, acquisition and sale of intellectual properties including motion pictures, recorded music and musical compositions, the licensing and merchandising of trademarks and entertainment properties and the sale and acquisition of entertainment companies and their assets.
He also represents direct marketers, media and Internet companies in all aspects of their advertising and promotional marketing business. Mr. Lieberman assists clients in their marketing endeavors, including direct marketing campaigns, infomercials, Internet marketing, intellectual property issues, and privacy issues.
As a deal maker he concentrates on helping to build and maximize client’s careers and intellectual property assets, from the negotiation of the initial agreements for gifted new talent, to the negotiation of agreements and structuring of business relationships for some of the world's industry leading companies.
